This pharmacy is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Just been in to collect a repeat prescription which my Wife has been having for many years and the cashier then could not find it, Saif it was a repeat, still couldn't find it, so walked out peed off with it all. Not good as was not told there was a different system in place. Come on wake up Lloyd's and let us know what the hell you are doing so we can be prepared in future, good communication doesn't cost and goes a long way. DO NOT USE!

Had my prescription for 5 days but still not filled it, went back next day and still not ready, made to feel it's my fault and told to contact my doctor, what on a Saturday how do I do that then. Changed to Lloyd's because Tesco stopped offering this service. I will be looking else where as this has happened 3 times now, very poor.

4 out of 5 times I come here to collect my prescription, there's something wrong / missing. Always told, "come back again" - it's almost as if they think you don't work and have such an easy life that you can just 'pop back' easy peasy. What would be better, is if you say come back on a certain day, then that day it's ready. I've now gone 2.5 weeks without my prescription with no urgency or care that I'm going without. I've been back FIVE TIMES! They do offer to give you your prescription back to go elsewhere and see if anyone has any in stock, but that relies on patients /customers having to run around cannock trying every pharmacy?! but guess what, since I have to order my prescription for specialist products, it won't be on the shelf anywhere else so I'm just left waiting and waiting. You call, there's no answer. There's aaaaaaaalways a problem with "the system". Honestly, it's a joke. Save yourself the tears and go anywhere else. If I ever get my prescription, I'm changing pharmacies. I can't believe I've stayed with them for so long. Oh, and another thing, the car park is a joke too just incase you needed something extra to wind you up on your frustrating visits
