Eve personal training and massage

I first got to know Eve when I was in great pain suffering with plantar fasciitis and could barely walk and so sought Eve's massage services. If you like a proper, deep muscle massage Eve is definitely the person for you. Eve soon had my pain under control and 6 months later I am pain free and feel so much better overall. My 20 Yr old daughter and I then started PT sessions with Eve twice a week and my fitness and strength is much improved. Together with Eve's dietary advice I am startng to lose weight. I never thought I would be able to get back into my running and I am now back up to running 10km and aiming for my third half marathon in Liverpool this October. Thanks Eve, so friendly and feel that our professional relationship is now becoming one of friendship.

I was recommended Eve by friends after suffering with severe neck pain which rendered me immobile. Her time and attention to detail to release the muscle spasms in my back and neck were like nothing I have ever experienced before. This have to be hands one of the best experiences I've ever encountered during my neck spasms which are normally extremely painful and stressful. I've never been able to walk away from a deep tissue massage before feeling relaxed and mobile again and Eve achieved this with as minimal pain as possible. Her caring nature immediately put me at ease and I felt very relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend Eve for any deep tissue/sports massage needs. I personally will have her on speed-dial in the future should this ever occur again!
