        Had booked a test for the hednesford branch my second test first one was at cannock and was pleased with the service. My second however I rearranged twice only to be called bk and rearranged for the cannock branch 3 times. Iv since cancelled and will find one in town. I will point out that iv since learned the transition lenses I paid for and my frames was highly over charged. Including my voucher I still had to paid 353.00 of my own money. My frames wasn't even designer. And my lenses are not byfocles. After all this I'm disappointed and will not use him again.
