        Lovely place. My Aunt has been in there for a few years now, and my uncle moved in a few days ago. Staff are helpful, lovely and happy to chat with you. Cant fault them. :-)

        Dont know how they get any residents in this home Especially when Lindsey the Manger cant be bothered to call you back ,3 times I was told she would call me back but never did !!

        Appalling nursing care - uncaring management, patients not clean and left alone in rooms in dark, no tv and door shut. Reported concerns dismissed

        Very unproffesional environment, i went in as a guest to the reception area and was not noticed becuase the staff were being quite obnoxiously loud in a seperate room behind the reception. It is not a welcoming enviroment in the slightest.aesthetically the interior design is great but the staff need sorting out. I would not expect to walk in to such behaviour in this kind of environment where there are eldery residents.
