Simone has saved me the cost of an hearing aid as I was so hard of hearing. She was understanding, explained everything she was going to do and what equipment she would be using and any sensation I could experience (I didn't) She was very gentle, explaining exactly what she was doing and at the end of it I could hear so well that any thoughts of hearing aids have gone out the window. I would highly recommend Simone, a lovely lady, very professional and very understanding.
