Nails Tech One

Been going to this salon for well over a year when the old owners were still there and customer service was amazing and always left satisfied with my nails, over the past few months I have been slowly left displeased with my nails and the customer service and picked up on a few things that have not sat right with me such as talking rudely about their customers, but continued to go to this salon as of connivence and loyalty. I have recently had my nails done again as I go every 4 weeks, and that was the last time I will be going to this salon, throughout getting my nails done I was in discomfort from the aggressiveness of the service, the usual member of staff that always takes it upon himself to do my nails was rude and aggressive and doesnt apologise. Towards the end of the service I found myself unhappy with my nails and then was OVERCHARGED for them, left the salon really upset and never want to step foot in there again. I am really disappointed of how downhill this salon has gone since the new owners have started. Services: French manicures, Nail extensions, Manicure, Nail repair

I go here with my daughter and every time I give them a challenge of paterns and colours and I have not been disappointed they work. Hard and make sure you like it yourself what more could you ask for that's why they get 5 stars off me. Thank-you.

Definitely wont be returning. Very cold and unfriendly staff. Did not listen to what I wanted. Felt so rushed, its like a production line. Had gel nails which looked okay initially but 1 week after are lifting and chipped.
