Like has been Brilliant since the very start on finding me a mortgage. Hes kept in contact all the way through the process. He was very good in helping me understand what needed to be done and was always on the other end of the phone if I needed to chat during stages of my purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is unfamiliar in buying and moving house and how the process works.

Luke is a brilliant Mortgage Adviser. He has been there throughout the 7 months of our first time buyer purchase. Hes really easy to talk, knowledgable on lenders and all things property. He will even give friendly advice on everything you go to him for. Always there to pick up the phone, even in non office hours. Thanks for all your help Luke!

I cannot recommend Luke Evans highly enough. I initially mistakenly went with another Financial Advisor instead of Luke which was a massive mis-judgment on my part. When this person was unable to help me, I contacted Luke, and straight away realised that I shouldve gone with him in the first place. Being a first time buyer and needing a specific lender to obtain a mortgage on an ex-local authority flat I was buying, (although nothing is guaranteed), Luke knew the best lender to go with; who their valuer would be and even had other options, should there have been any issue with obtaining a mortgage on the property. He kept me informed every step of the way and was always available outside of normal office hours, working evenings and weekends, he was always there to help me or chat when needed. Luke has access to 100s of lenders, and is very knowledgeable in the field he is in for mortgages, life insurance, building & contents insurance etc. He knows how the market works. He has a genuine passion for his job, and I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. Thank you so much Luke for your hard work in helping me to finally get on the property ladder, at the age of 45.
