Simply brilliant. Had them for a very complicated move clearing a house - not even near Cannock - with items going to multiple addresses. Unhelpfully, from their point of view and mine, the instructions on what went where kept changing literally to the last minute. Which was frustrating and made everything even more difficult. But if they were annoyed or frustrated, they never showed it. They simply replanned a bit and got on with things. Within five hours everything had been moved. And all recipients commented on how quick, efficient and polite the movers were. Would heartily recommend.

We used John Lomas removals as part of our "re-size" move. They removed all our belongings, stored them for 6 weeks and then moved them to our new home. The quote we got was the most comprehensive one, which met all of our needs. The responses from the office staff were quick and helpful and on both days the lads doing the work were brilliant. Protective covers and mats were used and all items were protected and placed exactly were we wanted them. We had one query after the move and that was also responded to brilliantly. Would not hesitate to recommend them if you want quality.

We moved on the 7th November, and were initially helped by Andy and Rob. They were an absolute credit to the company, really helpful, wonderful with our little girl, and endlessly patient to our never ending requests! In the afternoon there was a delay on completion and again they were patient and supportive. Ian, Nigel, James and Darren joined them to help unload at our destination, and they too were massively helpful, professional and patient with our now tired brains!!! This is a brilliant company, with fantastic staff. They were all exceptional and we cant say thank you enough, for how they conducted themselves.

We've used John Lomas 3 times including into and out of their storage. Each time they have been thoroughly professional, courteous and hard working. We'd picked 19th July for one move, and despite the temperature being 38C, they went above and beyond to get us moved in. From beginning to end they are a pleasure to do business with and the fact we have used them 3 times says more than 5 stars ever can.
