I looked around and saw that the staff members were sitting and standing in the rear of the shop..talking and laughing.
No one came to tidy the shop or seve..it was quite busy and some customers left. I heard someone ask how much the CDs were as not priced and they had to shout the answer from the back room. I don't know what has happened here it used to be a good shop.
A lot of items were shabby and very overpriced such as a tatty grey coat at 16
pounds
