        The employees in this store may need to reconsider their career in customer service as both the manager and employee on the till were rude, intimidating and didnt display any invitation of being friendly or approachable in the slightest - its not hard to be welcoming and to converse with your customers, instead of staring at them to the point of making them feel uncomfortable and making no effort to make them feel welcome whilst purchasing items! People working in customer service should at the very least be able to put a smile on their face and communicate with customers especially when youre directly serving them!
