I sent a gearbox from my Supra to be rebuilt here and 5 months later it was ready to collect. I then sent the gearbox down to the garage that was rebuilding and reinstalling my engine so it could all be fitted together. Once it was all ready to be installed the other garage contacted me immediately to say the gearbox was unable to select 1st 3rd or 5th. He was forced to open the gearbox to further investigate, he reported that there was damage to almost every component. Gears were burnt and chipped, damage to the hubs, one c clip was missing and another wasnt seated correctly and a loose ball bearing was found floating around inside the box. They also didn't install the uprated thrust washer I supplied, instead they fitted the standard one back in. I was sent images from Trimotor when they first opened the box and there is absolutely no damage to any of the parts. I reached out to them but they denied all accountability. Also chose to ignore me when I questioned the missing uprated thrust washer. I am now having to pay 100 for a new thrust washer aswell as paying for the gearbox to be rebuilt again by someone else. It's a shame as I've spent a lot of money with this garage in recent times. Service: Transmission repair

Very helpful and friendly just dropped my VW T4 off to have work done on it carnt wait to get it back in the new year
