A five star review is simply not high enough in my opinion. I was greeted by Ellie, who immediately made me feel at home and was totally professional in everything she did, she answered every question I asked, thank you Ellie. Prem the optician was extremely professional in everything he did, could not have been more helpful, he put my mind at rest, and got my treatment organised for me, he even answered a question regarding my eye that the hospital failed to do. In closing if you want a brilliant opticians it's Boots Cannock everytime 100%. Thank you. Mr N Sanders.

Was not confident about the eye exam felt rushed and not listened to but thought they know what they are doing etc, could not see any frames that I wanted, over 100+ for lenses (to swap in my current glasses) so took prescription elsewhere got what I needed for 60, turns out prescription is incorrect and I am out of pocket. AVOID.

AWFUL! Please avoid this business. Not only are the staff rude, unprofessional & unhelpful, I arrived for my appointment to be informed it'd been moved to 20 minutes earlier & they couldn't see me as I was "late". They hadn't bothered to tell me in advance they were moving my appointment! This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience here, I thought the first one was a blip, but unfortunately I was wrong. Avoid.

Went for usual routine eye test and he said it was time to get my cataract looked at. Within 2 days I'd got an appointment for an assessment at a clinic in Pendeford on NHS.
