        If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not get carpet from here. Cuat service is shocking and the carpet isn't much better. Over priced rubbish and the staff at the store are rude and unhelpful.

        Turned up at 18:45 on Tuesday, when store is noted to be open until 8pm to find it fully closed. Poor service all-round.

        Tapi did my stairs, landing and 1 bedroom around a year ago, we asked for certain underlay and they agreed but then on the day they put different stuff down. They said its equivalent stuff so I agreed. around a month later the carpet started to come away from the grippers. It took many phone calls and a lot of agro to get them back to put it right. It has come away a few times on the stairs since then I just put it back myself to save the head ache and the bad attitude youll get from them. The Carpet we chose was supposedly the hard wearing option, if after 12 months there is pulls and frayed parts everywhere how can it be?
