I didn't use BJB, to sell my house, however I did buy a house they were selling and I found Amy extremely helpful and gave me more assistance than my own agent. If I were to sell again I would use BJB. Thanks Amy.

Adam prepared a tour for us of a variety of options all relevant to our search. The viewing experience was the best of our entire search, as Adam understood our requirements and was knowledgable about all of the options that were shown, while having a sense of humour along the way!

Having been searching for a property in a different area as a priority, we decided to open our search up to Cannock to see if this area could be an option for our search. Adam was incredibly helpful and informative and put together an accompanied tour of a handful of different houses in the area to assist us with getting a feel for what was on offer. Adam carefully selected the properties he showed us and we really liked some of the options. It was really refreshing to have Adam accompany us on the tour, as the majority of the viewings we had gone on with other agents were direct with the vendor which was very impersonal and it really put us at ease having an agent come with us on the tour. The whole experience was fun, relaxed and Adam genuinely contributed to a lovely afternoon. We did find a property in our preferred location with a different agent in the end, but we would have been more than happy to agree an offer through Adam and BJB had the circumstances been different and we would have had absolute faith in them as an agency. Everyone I spoke to in the Cannock office was warm, friendly and genuine. I would highly recommend the team at BJB in Cannock.
