Professional, courteous and friendly service from Paul Carr from the outset. Kept fully informed throughout a fairly lengthy process. Release of keys at the end was stressful to say the least (no reflection on Carrs) but Bernadette really pulled out all the stops working hard in the background to conclude the transaction and keeping me informed. I would also commend James and Sophie for their part in this and the lovely Julie who answered telephone calls so promptly and is so friendly. I never thought I would write such a review for an Estate Agency after past experiences but Carrs have restored my faith in the profession and I highly recommend them.

How can we describe Paul Carr simple the best estate agent around. From the initial valuation, through to us completing on our purchase, they provided a really personal touch throughout the end to end journey. It was not always plain sailing, but whether it be Bernadette, James or Julie, nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to listen, give advice and go the extra mile to help us through the move. Often keeping us sane at times when you want to pull your hair out!!! Bernies handling of the case was exemplary, and if it wasnt for James, we would not have found our perfect home. Our experience of both buying and selling properties through Paul Carr has been faultless and exemplary from the beginning of the process to the end. Every member of the team that we have encountered has been helpful, thorough and efficient at every stage. We would like to particularly highlight the service we received from Bernadette, who kept us well-informed (especially during the after-care process prior to completion), and was often more informative and immediate with information than our own solicitors. This estate agent made what can be a hugely stressful process completely bearable, seamless and exciting.
