        Multiple problems now with 1 particular doctor, (messing up prescriptions, asking what you want prescribed even though youre there for their advice, asking why I would even want an autism test for my daughter who has autistic traits) reception staff almost always been rude and had a poor demeanour. Like a previous comment, they dont cater for autistic people or anyone with mental health conditions.

        Every time call in 8am, phone engaged, get through 8.11am, unfortunately appointments all gone. This is Moss street surgery, if 1 or 2 times happen, I do understand but everytime happen, its pain and nightmare.

        Everytime Ive phoned to book an appointment for my self because Ive had tonsillitis 4 times since a Xmas not once have they booked me an appointment so Ive had to go through 111 and the hospital. Went in yesterday to book an appointment for my ONE year old son and they offered me no appointment, he has blood shot eyes and they wont see him! This is becoming a joke!
