Worst receptionists Ive ever known especially the manager attitude is disgusting so unprofessional and unhelpful. People go to the doctors because they are unwell its appalling how you speak to people! I have now registered at another surgery I would advise to avoid this surgery! You can never get an appointment constantly told to phone at 8.00 can never get through and they will tell you to go to A&E. They are all in the wrong job 0 customer service skills.

Dr Fiona Everett is amazing. This woman takes time out for a person that has been on the edge for a fair few months but she is amazing it's a shame it takes a long time to get through to the receptionists. Most of them are very nice they just seem to need more training. I think this lady has all the care and love a GP and a surgery should provide she's a star

This medical practice is the worst I have ever come across. I have received terrible service here for myself and also my mother (who had stage 4 cancer) they didn't care or help at all. Would mess up her prescriptions and could hardly get through to them, even when you could get through they would never call her back and she was so sick. They DID NOT CARE AT ALL. I called recently about insomnia and depression due to bereavement and was told to take nytol and given the details of a mental health clinic that is PERMENANTLY CLOSED! No referral, nothing helpful at all. The doctor (Dr Singh FYI) also failed to call me back and I had to call again to make sure I still had an appointment as it was 4 hours after they said they would call. This is just the start of a long list of things they have done previously. Its a shame as the NHS needs good practices in order to survive, this type of care is ruining our health care system. SORT IT OUT! TOTALLY UNNACCEPTABLE. I would strongly urge anyone considering being a patient here to look elsewhere, you are not in good hands at this practice.
