0 stars if it was possible, they are building houses with paper thin walls that crack and break if you shut your door to hard and there is no soundproofing or insulation from the outside. When you look at the builds and see the plastic on the outside you would think there is brick underneath but that is not the case the plastic is the exterior wall with bathroom sealant to prevent the water. Disgusting! I confronted then and they said its wv livings problem now as after 12 months we don't cover anything to do with them as wv living buys the properties from us. Avoid them and there cheap builds luckily I was renting and never bought the paper thin and plastic property thank god.

Fail to keep promises. Stated, pre-development, that contractors vehicles would not be parked on roads, contractors vehicles are parked on the roads and in resident's parking bays, also dangerously left on bends and blind crests making the road difficult and dangerous to use. Stated that deliveries would not be unloaded on the road but taken straight on to site, deliveries are regularly queued on road and often unloaded on the road. Stated that wheel washes would be installed for vehicles leaving the construction site, after nearly 6 months this has not happened, the road is always muddy and often slippy. Jessup Brothers Ltd have also proved hard to contact, even when I was trying to report storm damage to their site, only responded to that incident when named and shamed on Twitter!

I have to say very impressed with the service from start to finish. Wendy Menck and Karen Campbell were first class to totally professional. Due to a mortgage offer deadline I was really up against it. The ladies pulled out all the stops and delivered gust in time for the drawn down. The site itself Gills / Francis Piggott Drive is run very well by the excellent Neil and the team of highly skilled tradesmen. They go above and beyond. No hesitatik. Is recommending this excellent home building company.
