They never answer emails or the phone I ordered three items separately two turned up really fast and good the other one never and the are uncontactable to be able to resolve this I wont order anything else from them

Shocking service! Ordered part online, received order and payment confirmation, waited a week and nothing. E-mailed to request update, no response until I received a refund notification. Phoned and advised error of their stock and they had no availability. No apology for lack of communication and no offer of solution. Terrible service and will not be using again!

Been disappointed last couple purchases for such a company thats has a fantastic opportunity a differential to Harley Davidson service parts - my purchases with Hogparts has been automated communication its of no use on some orders also when having issue with order and its wrong cant phone as phone line dead also dont respond to emails directly or eBay communication either most small business have mastered this as repeat clients customers for life loyalty is imperative for survival - starting to use Harley Swansea more often now lets face it Harley owners are loyal to the brand, I really hope Hogparts can sort out a receptionist/communication team or similar so we can ask questions on specifics.
