        In store staff is great however after sales customer service is horrendous and don't even try to claim against a faulty mattress on warranty. Customer care refuses to replace faulty mattress that is only 1 year old

        In store service was excellent. George was a star. We were kept informed of the delivery date and times and on the day the delivery team called us twice to let us know when they would be arriving. Delivery team were magic and carried all of the boxes right to the bedroom, refusing help from us. I would not go anywhere else but Bensons for a bed now. The bed by the way is so perfect I dont want to ever get out of it!

        Delivery of a broken headboard leg was no problem as these things happen. Mattress protector not delivered either. New delivery date to correct and only the mattress protector arrived so we still have no headboard. Tried to call and got placed in a que of 93. After 30 mins I gave up! Emailed my issue and still no response.
