        Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and looks amazing in the newly built extension. Nigel was brilliant from point of sale, Dave and the team of fitters were excellent on the scheduled delivery day. The experience with them was so hassle free that after having a shambolic service from Sofology (in which they dropped our sofa, awful customer service and a general CBA attitude) I have purchased a new sofa from Leather by Design and they have even been good enough to loan me one while its being made. I will definitely be recommending LBD to my friends and family. The whole ethos of the business is fab.
