        DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENCY. Poor company 0% customer satisfaction. Treat people like cattle. So many poor reviews. This company only use the cheapest tour operators.

        No end of problems with this company, numerous refunds promised due to poor service and cancelled excursions. Have had to chase for months after they have been offered and still not received everything owed. Do not use, poor service from the office!

        Booked a tour of Lisbon. Our Guide was so knowledgeable. I learnt so much about the history of Portugal. We were taken to the old part with the tram cars and then through the rebuilt part and out to Belem where we had time to get a custard tart at the original factory. There was no time pressure at any of the stops which made it relaxing as well as informative

        Do not use a company called Venture Ashore. Booked 4 trips on recent Caribbean cruise. 2 trips no sign of rep at all. Only 1 trip was satisfactory. Theyre ignoring my requests for compensation. Abysmal service
