The Foot Clinic

Took my 8yr old to see Bal to sort out a verucca he had. He was very nervous at going, but from the moment he set foot in the foot clinic shop Bal put him at ease. Very professional and sorted all in one appointment. Can't thank Bal enough for putting herself out today to fit him in and for also being fab with my son

Not at all good. Not sure what happened as it used to be great but now closed without notice which is beyond poor! I had an appointment booked, but when I arrived the shutters were down with a piece of paper taped to the shutter stating "closed until further notice", Thanks for that, I had actually booked a days holiday at work so good keep my appointment with you! I had no notification that my appointent had been canceled. I phoned but the answer - phone picked up saying I was not able to leave a message. I also called the out of hours mobile phone number but that was not answered either. I then sent a text message asking what was happening and do I need to find another podiatrist but that went un-answered too! I am supprised and shocked at how unprofessional this this place turned out to be!

I have been twice now for treatment and she is very nice and professional. An easy recommendation from me if you have feet or toe nail issues.

Amazing lady, I had a verruca for years. I saw Bal feeling desperate because a special birthday was coming and booked a great place to go for a long weekend, they had a pool and jacuzzi I wanted to use. Bal said I can sort it and she did just in time and I had a fantastic birthday thanks to Bal. Thanks again xx
