Excellent service from Khyam at Hear Better With Us today. First rate. Needed my ears clearing as really blocked and uncomfortable. No joy anywhere in Leamington today anytime soon but Khyam returned our call and saw me at 6 pm same day. Very helpful throughout. The procedure was efficient and effective. If you are reading this review and feel you may have problems with your ears, please do not hesitate to contact Khiyam. I was suffering a great deal with pain and pressure in the ears and called Khiyam's clinic. I was immediately called back by Khiyam himself who talked through my problems with me and arranged to visit me the next day, despite the short notice and his already busy schedule. During the visit, Khiyam began by assessing the situation and finding that both my ears were in need of treatment. He then proceeded to clear my ears using microsuction. He carefully explained everything to me and answered all my questions, and was very patient. Khiyam took great care and consideration and was professional throughout the whole process. All Covid-19 protocols were appropriately and carefully followed and it is a huge relief to me to no longer be in pain. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
