Crested Schoolwear (Cannock)

Shocking service from a shop that have staff with an attitude that they are doing you a favour. Took my 4 year old child to get a named cardigan for her first day at school. Being my first child to go to school and first time I'd been to shop I advised what school she would be attending and accepted the cardigan they stated was correct. First day at school arrives and I recieves a phone call from head teacher advising this was not the correct logo for the school. Today I have returned to the shop who point blank refused to exchange it for correct one. Very poor service it is bad enough that parents are forced to purchase named uniform from one set place but if that's the case staff should at least ensure they are providing correct items. A course in customer services wouldn't go amiss especially in current times when families can ill afford to be paying out twice for something that was not their error.

Great service great staff knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for the lady who served me. I went to purchase my grandaughters uniform as her mom was poorly and got everything i needed in one shop, including shoes and school bag. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure to shop.

Staff members was very helpful seeing as this is the busiest time for them in the 6 weeks . Couldnt fault them .

Every time I visit this shop they never have any stock, the staff are rude and look miserable making them unapproachable. I was ignored today in store several times whilst other people were helped, management is poor.

Made my order over 8 weeks ago, missing items, rang the shop to be told Im missing items because they dont have them in and Ill receive them when they get them in. Over 8 weeks later still not received emailed with no reply and ringing most days and no answer.
