a half inch ratchet, a broken half inch drive 8mm socket allen driver and a half inch breaker bar with a worn head.
no damage, just years of wear and tear. all of them bore the britool marque.
i did expect to walk into a professional trade counter area, as thier website said, only to find a dingy reception area manned by a bloke who seemed to be the only bloke in the building.
was told that the tools were too old to be replaced as they did not have the
"like for like replacements"
said the bloke who was younger then the tools they i took in,
looking at thier website, they indeed do sell what i required replacing.
lifetime warranty indeed.
