        May well have a great reputation but just had a 21 second phone call to arrange an MOT - with the outcome saying they are really busy next week - sorry bye *puts the phone down*. Wasnt even given the option to book another time?! So busy, dont need any news customers Needless to say I have booked elsewhere.
