disgusting, orderd a seven seater turned up late and then only a five seater turned up saying a car was following no car turned up and left my friends stranded and the proceeded to ignore questions on why the taxi hadnt turned up

Ive just had the worst experience ever with this taxi Ive just ordered first of all it took like nearly an hour to arrive in my destination and it was a car from brownhills cars so I dont know what happened there. I jumped in the taxi told my destination of where to go and then he wanted the money before we set off but then I said look my boyfriend has the money to pay when we get there but no he didnt buy it of course. Then I told him because this is generally true look Ive got a disability and dont understand certain things but I dont think he brought that either so then I awkwardly jump back out of the car and didnt bother persuading him again. This has really upset me and has made me really mad. He couldnt even wait to have the money when arriving there horrible bloke.

Always taxi's available they dont over charge, driver's are usually pleasant and helpful
