Citizens Advice Staffordshire South West (Cannock)

Made an enquiry using their web form and they did reply by e mail within the time frame given. It did say, you'd get a call back but in my situation the e mail and signposting was fine. Thank you Citizens Advice.

I approached these people today to seek advice on an issue I am having with a company I have been dealing with. I needed to clue myself up with consumer protection. I spoke to Barry on the phone and he was very informative and gave me a lot of very useful and helpful information. I would certainly recommend.

Today people don`t take their job seriously anymore, they just stay 8 hours a day behind their desk to not even bother answering any calls just letting the phone ringing and when they answer the phone they just tells you to call someone else. Easy life, easy pay. If i knew it was this easy to make money just sitting behind a desk as an Adviser and not doing anything at all, I would have study to apply for jobs like this. People today, they don`t study for a certain position because they really want to help people, they study for certain positions because they know is gonna be easy money.
