Revising my 4* review to 1 because of today's visit I went in there today to sell my Samsung galaxy s20 + and they gave me 35 for it based on the fact there was a small amount of damage to the side of the phone and scratch on the back they bought it as non working yet the the lady at the desk was merrily flicking through the phone and making sure it works the phone works perfectly as I have been using it for the past 3 days whilst my number transfers to my new phone yet she saw fit to buy it as grade F not working what a joke this company is I asked what they gonna do with the phone and she told me " send it off for repairs and take it from there " in other words repair the damage and sell it at full price this is the same company that sold me a blu ray disc that looked like it was cleaned with a brillo pad or they sell stuff with damaged cases yet this works perfectly NEVER AGAIN!!
