I ordered a spirit level and paid130.00 they told me it would be next day delivery I said are you sure as I need it to do my job I was told yes next day delivery and I was told I would receive a text message after waiting around half a day for a text message I decided to phone up I was then told it would be another two days I think they were ordering of amazon which I did and it was a lot cheaper

Well today I went into the Cannock store and was served by a Lovely Lady called Dawn this lady is an absolute asset to Screwfix took time to take care of me extremely Lovely manner left the shop spending money there your extremely lucky to have her on your team kind regards A Marham

Slow service, no acknowledgement whilst waiting when other staff clearly saw me, too busy handing around teas and coffees, not as good as it used to be.
