        Tim Boot came to our property as an independent chartered surveyor to give a diminutive valuation of our home for an insurance claim. He advised me that the value of the property was,. Off the record...land value! due to the condition of the property and what was required to make it mortgageable again. We are in the process of a claim of negligence against another chartered surveyor who advised us that the property we was about to purchase was structurally sound? Not quite, Red Ash. So many red flags missed. Knowing what we know now we wouldve never purchased the property. If I could give 1/2 a star I would, as it took him 4 months to do the report and then did a complete U turn on his valuation. Really bad business in my opinion and as a professional person you shouldnt say one thing and then do another.
