        Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. First issue was that I had installed the wrong crown race, which took them 5 minutes to figure out. Was servicing the bearings that exploded on removing them and the guys sent me a new set of bearings on the house. You just can't beat that level of service. Absolutely cracking

        I bought the wrong angle head set, and needed to return it, so looked for the return address, only to find that they are literally 5 minutes from me, so I payed them a visit. What a fantastic company, full of enthusiasm and knowledge, no wonder there products are so popular, I can highly recommend them. Thanks guys Graham Redmore UK Ltd
