        When I read the reviews about the amazing customer service at the orbital, I thought people were just being really nice, but I was proven wrong! They are the most nicest accommodating team I have ever encountered, every team member I met was so welcoming, kind and nothing was problem to them. Especially the team at the front desk, Jade is a superstar she literally resloved two situations (I had caused myself) with no hesitation and ease. I will be recommending the company i work to continue using this hotel. The room was simple and clean, I had loads of extra pillows and blankets that made it extra comfortable. Its by retail parks so on the maps things look like they are walking distance but they are not
