They assisted in every aspect of planning, were always happy to assist, and when installing (myself) again, always happy to assist. The quality of the product is extremely high. Initially I was delighted with the service I received whilst ordering sadly it went down hill from there. We had to cancel our builder 3 times as items were not delivered ( and had to pay him as it was short notice). I had to call and ask where the items were only to be told they were re ordered or already posted ( but didn't arrive) or in the case of the 4.2m railing ...lost at the depot. (2 were finally delivered within 24 hours of each other). I emailed asking if they would refund some of the costs to offset the payments made to the builder explaining also that our planned house warming party had to be cancelled as we were unsure of the safety of the balustrades. We did not receive a reply.

The team at Pink Sands have been amazing. Before and during the time of purchase Mark was very supportive, sparing me his time to discuss our project and give very valuable advice. The product is very good quality and has produced lots of compliments from all who have seen it now it is installed. Thank you for all your help.

Great balustrades at a very good price, quite easy to fit for someone that's average at DIY. I fitted it to ceramic tiles and drilling holes into them can be a problem without an expensive drill bit. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience dealing with them.
