We ordered flowers from the family and my father for my mums funeral. We had really friendly and helpful service and the spray and heart we chose were absolutely beautiful on the day, could not have wished for a better arrangement. So impressed and grateful. Cant recommend highly enough.

Beautiful flowers, so happy with them on the sad occasion .. but the heart of gold was exactly how we wanted if not better, and Mary was so helpful and pleasant, and advised on right size .. it was perfect Thank You xxx

My boyfriend was more than disappointed when he saw the flowers he'd ordered for my birthday. I was over the moon when they were delivered and it was a lovely surprise. But looking at the bouquets online I can see why he was disappointed after paying so much for the bouquet and delivery. I got about a third of the flowers that are in the photographs, they aren't the freshest flowers I've seen either. The card with the arrangement just had a printed white label inside with my boyfriend's message on, no fancy font and placed skew and off centre in the card. The arrangement contained one rose, two carnations, one stem of lily's but with only two lily heads. (The photographs online show a lot more of these flowers in a bouquet) Also in the arrangement were; two sprigs of white daisies (cheaper bulkier flowers, still pretty, but for the amount of money you pay you'd expect more roses and lilies), one sprig of Peruvian lily and a stem of Japanese snowball/mini Hydrangea. There were a lot of rose leaf stems in the bouquet to bulk it out. I'm all for supporting local businesses but sadly on this occasion my boyfriend would have been better getting my mum to pick up some flowers from the local supermarket or even Cannock market and he would have got a whole lot more value for his money.
