So my wife and I came here over the bank holiday and unfortunately it is just nehh to OK.
Food:
We ordered steaks one done as medium and the other medium to well done, but they came out exactly the same. Taste wise they were ok , they were edible, but you wouldn't tell anyone specifically about it.
Service:
The staff are nice enough but you have to go up and place your order yourself as they do not do table service, which I feel is a nice touch to have and you get from all the other companies in the umbrella.
Atmosphere:
There was a cold chill in the air and the radiators were not on. Now I feel this through a thick t shirt and a hoody, so anyone else in a t-shirt must have felt uncomfortable. So does not make you want to sit and have a nice few drinks after your meal.
Hygiene Toilets:
The men's toilets were filthy, tissue over the floor, with urine and skidders in the bowl, had to come out in the end. I feel these should be kept on top off since they have a less job compared to others of table service and it wasn't too busy.
The only real pro about this day was the 40 percent discount for the bank holiday , if this wasn't in place then the steaks would have been heavily overpriced. Unfortunately cannot recommend, I would say try beefeater in Walsall.
