Came to fix issue with boiler following calling British Gas where boiler was ignoring Hive and constantly increasing heat. Came and messed around, replaced a part, now the boiler won't even turn on, can't reset or use it so without heating/hot water for 4 days now. Don't use them if you have a choice, they'll only make your problem worse clearly!

Ph Jones came out to service the boiler, I was told I'm first call of day around 8.30am, needed to do school run so neighbour was keeping an eye, when they arrived at 9.10am my neighbour said she be 2 mins and she be back and the guy said I'm busy I can't wait, as he drove out of the street one way I came in the other way I rang them up said they will send him back in the next hour or it will be tommorrow morning no one came before I left for work so assumed be tommorrow I was then out from 11.30 until 8.15 with swimming and football training after school, arrived home 8.15pm with 2 muddy children to discover I had no heating or hot water, rang landlord who forwarded my details to ph Jones, they rang back an hour later to tell me my gas had been capped in the morning by the guy and out of hours engineers aren't able to uncap gas meters!!!
