        Used this place for years, simply because there is a great choice at the best prices around. Like for like comparison for vari-focals between here and a local optician would have resulted in a 350 saving. However Direct Specs actually advised against vari-focals for me meaning I spent 175 where the local optician pushed vari-focals that would have cost 650. An example of great customer service vs profiteering. No reason why I wont keep coming back.

        Its the second time Ive used Direct Specs to have a lens replacement done. The staff are super helpful and very friendly, and not rushed at all. The pricing is clear (and much cheaper than the high street brands!) my new specs arrived in a week and I know they will be just as good as my previous pair. Keep up the great work!

        Bought pair of glasses circa 12 months ago. Jill and the gentleman were excellent at that time. Just had a problem with the spring on one arm. Jill and the gentleman (sorry, didn't get your name) were once again excellent and replaced the full frame there and then. Both sales and after sales are excellent. I would not go anywhere else for my frames from now on. Thank you Phil
