Please avoid this surgery and especially help your elderly relatives to move to another GP practice. This practice does not care about patients. It is impossible to access services. They treat ill people with contempt.

Using the online system was extremely helpful, I needed an appointment for my son but Im a working mom so finding the time to call at 8am is sometimes difficult, I was able to request an appointment online while I was on the bus on the school run!! Waited around 15 min then I had a txt to say I could book an appt. Had an appointment same day and zero stress! very pleased

Used the online system to book an appointment and managed to get a sameday appointment and didnt even need to call the surgery! What an amazing service!

This practice has recently introduced a new system I always struggled to call at 8am due to work commitments. This week I submitted an online form explaining my medical issue, I was then contacted by the surgery explaining that I can be seen by the pharmacy. The pharmacy then called me& treated me within a couple of hours! The new system has helped me gain access to appointments a lot easier than before.

New service put in place where you have to do every request online is a joke. Why pay admin/reception staff? I feel for the elderly who cant do this. Dr Rasib paid himself over 108,000 last year yet doesnt see anyone. Was told to make an appointment for a BP check only to receive a text to tell me to purchase a machine or the surgery could loan me one at a cost. Waited over a week for a sick note. Why is the place still allowed to be open?
