Chase Medical Practice

Excellent practice. Saw Julie who was lovely, helpful and very welcoming both times. Repeat prescriptions are done quickly and cant recommend enough Chase or Heath Hayes enough, great staff team!

An overall score of 2.2 - really? They looked after my wife and myself for years and were always there when we needed them. We even stayed with them when we moved out of area. I'm guessing that most of the complaints relate to trying to book an appointment at short notice but this is a national problem and not just local to here. Excellent people. You won't find better.

Every time I have been in contact with the receptionists at the surgery, they have always done there best to help me. They are always super polite and they always make me feel at ease. AVC

I have always had very good treatment from the Doctor to the receptionists but especially the Nurse , she always listens and gives you the time needed On my prescription review you really helped a big Thankyou .

Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. The booking system does not work for working people. You have to call at 8 o'clock for an appointment but the lines are always busy. By the time you manage to speak with the receptionist all the appointments for the day are gone. What a joke
