The practice in general is OK. However unfortunately it would appear that the surgery is now being run by receptionists, and the order of the day is to dismiss as many patients as possible from being assessed by a GP by any means possible using a variety of different tactics. The organisation of even simple tasks seems to very poor, and the patient confidentiality and privacy is vertualy non existant and is of great concern. The general attitude of some of the receptionists sometimes comes over as rude and uncaring. Such a shame to see how a once well run and organised practice has sadly become woefully inadequate and poorly run WITHOUT PREJUDICE
