The Nile Practice

Almost impossible to get a face to face appointment with a doctor. Very difficult to get any type if appointment ( can be waiting 1 hour or more on phone just to be told to phone back next morning.

I've been a patient at this practice for 14 years- I've always found the staff to be polite and helpful. The doctors have been sympathetic and understanding, meaning I had appropriate treatment in a really short period of time. My husband & son have also been treated really well.

We have been registered with this practice for 9 yrs and have only seen our GP once in the last 5 yrs and then by threatening them with a formal complaint and by writing to my MP. You are fobbed off with phone calls just telling you not to abuse the staff as you will be booted off their register and forced to re-register with another practice but you never get through, not even in time for a telephone consultation! The staff are useless, the Surgery is constantly empty of patients but the REceptionist tells you they are seeing patients and are working, who are these mystery patients - ghosts? They are now threatening to strike, so WHO WOULD NOTICE! GP's have now decided they like 6 figure salaries for sitting on their behinds doing nothing and ticking boxes !! I say sack the lot because as I told our Receptionist the last time I visited and was refused medical advice, the GP service is about as useful as a chocolate teapot!! I would give this surgery ZERO stars if I could !!!
