        only delivered part of the order took rest back to depot didn't even try to contact us and let us know when they were going to deliver ornot. can't contact them as never answer phones.

        The delivery driver didn't ring the bell. I received a message later that they had attempted to deliver the parcel. I immediately called and they said he couldn't come back that day and that he did ring the bell, as if I was lying.They couldn't deliver the next day as it would be special delivery as it was Saturday. I was been more than a week waiting for the delivery. First attempt to deliver the parcel they never contacted me. Then I arranged and they attempted again one day before the arranged day. Then that... Very very poor service. Extremely dissapointed. Out of frustration I sent the parcel back.
