        Yes another Saturday I nip in for a gift and have to stand 13 minutes to have the alcohol gift approved at Self Checkouts. 4 other customers were also waiting whilst a member of staff kept pointing out to me that more staff would be useless as she has only one fob for the self checkouts. Not acceptable for a small store with self checkouts. I nip in these smaller stores as I have chronic pain so standing for long periods is very painful. You used to be so hot on customer service!

        Staff are exceptional. Stores always clean. Lots of choice & always M&S quality.

        Considering they were extremely busy and there was a brief power cut , staff remained calm and done their best to keep customers happy once the power was restored . I hope they get too Xmas bonus they all pulled through well. However I feel as though the store is just not big enough and they could of done with more tills open so the oaps dont have to be standing too long .
