I have now been in four times in the last few weeks to find young staff with masks under their noses. I watched for several minutes before approaching and asking them politely to pull them up. Where is the manager ensuring staff are protecting their customers? Many of which are elderly. Come on staff let's start getting it right it's not that hard as a nurse I wear one for 12 1/2 hours.

Helpful staff and quick service. It has polite staff and i find it a great place to shop. Love the place.

Always slowest at putting new magazines out. Always end up going to other places. Bizarrely expensive for such basic things. Always feels like a dark chemist too. But great selection of books! If its busy or the post office has big queues. It feels claustrophobic.
