We have an instant coffee machine in the pub. Steve has helped us out on 2 separate occasions where we have had problems with the machine. He provided help and advice over the phone to troubleshoot the problem and talk through solutions. In both our cases Steve was able to provide a solution over the phone without the need for us to have to buy replacement parts - which in past experiences with other companies they are more quick to jump to. Would definitely recommend and I feel confident that Steve will be able to help us out with future issues in a cost effective way, where parts will only be recommended when needed. Incredible service , Steve the engineer was fantastic, he turned up on time and sorted out my Cino coffee machine within the Hour . People like Steve are what made this country strong, he found the problem and fixed it and he was polite and professional , he really knows what hes doing. THANKS STEVE
