Carousel Catering

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this firm. We are an Association for veterans of the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers and every year we host an annual dinner for people to meet up with old friends from their days in the army. We booked them last year for our gathering and paid in cash 2 months before the date as requested, unfortunately her Majesty the Queen died the day before our event. Obviously I didn't expect a full refund, as I knew she would have already purchased the food, but when I requested a small refund although she agreed in principle I've heard nothing since. Having paid a total of 1,600.i did expect something back. I know she has had a death in the family so I have not pestered her but I do think 6 months is more than long enough. So we had to re imburse all of our members from our our own pockets. She got to keep the money and the food for something we had no control over. Obviously we had to cancel when the Queen died as we are a military organisation. I am very disappointed in them to say the least.

Worst cafe I have been too 3 of us waited over 20 min for food egg looked like they cracked it and put it on plate for 6 pound as well like a childs plate horrible food would not recommend

Best breakfast around. Fantastic friendly staff.. And a gorgeous well cooked breakfast. A must try. They also do takeout.
