I have passed the NEBOSH general certificate and the NEBOSH fire certificate with Phoenix using the home learning option. The content is good and the study support has always been good. I had one issue when NEBOSH marked my practical exam for the fire certificate but Emma in study support challenged it and they had in fact made a mistake which they rectified thanks to Emma. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone and will use them again in the future. A massive thanks to Emma.

Informative training for managing safely - the different modules cover a breadth of topics which are applicable to the workplace/on-site.

Found Phoenix to be an excellent provider for the NEBOSH National Certificate (just waiting for the results now), the learning platform and course materials were excellent. I paid extra for a hard copy of the textbook (perhaps this could be added to the total price of the course as standard). The only slightly negative factor that I could find is that we had to swap tutors halfway through the course (Virtual Classroom). This could have been very disruptive, However, both tutors (Robert and Peter) were excellent and very knowledgeable with the subject matter.
