Staff very professional and helpful at this store, I had a bit of a problem with a delivery, and after a little bit of toing and froing on the phone between different numbers, I managed to speak with Josh who was the duty manager, and he simply took over and dealt with the problem very swiftly, and kept to his word of ringing me back etc. I would just like to say thank you Josh, you turned the situation around very well. Keep up the good work as its this kind of thing that retains customers.
